What if there's more to life? And what if that 'more' is closer than you think?

Five real places to meditate

Run by five of London's Buddhist centres. Sit together on Saturdays; Zoom or the app the rest of the week. Everyone is welcome, Buddhist or not.

  1. London Buddhist Centre Bethnal Green
  2. North London Buddhist Centre Holloway Road
  3. West London Buddhist Centre Bayswater
  4. Croydon Buddhist Centre Croydon
  5. Brixton Buddhist Centre Brixton

Between Saturdays, the Challenge runs in the BuddhaMind app. How it works

Let's get London meditating

There's more
to life

So often, we live on the surface of life. Deep down, we know we were made for more than grinding through the week and recovering on the weekend, just to do it all again.

But we can only discover our real potential by having the courage to face our mind. This January, we're bringing people together from across London to meditate every day for 21 days, and find out what meditation can do for our mind – and our life.

New to meditation? Tried before and it didn't stick? This is for you.

Questions

Do I have to be Buddhist?

No. The Challenge is run by London's Buddhist centres, and you don't need to be Buddhist to take part. You won't be asked to believe anything; you'll just be meditating.

I've never meditated. Is this for me?

Yes, you're exactly who it's for. Every sit is guided by a teacher, so you'll know what to do from the first morning.

What if I miss a day?

Just come back the next day. Showing up again is part of the practice.

Can I support the Challenge?

Yes. If the Challenge helps you, you can make a donation to support the centres.

Can I take part online only?

Yes. Choose "Online only" when you pick your centre in BuddhaMind. The weekday sits are on Zoom and the app works anywhere. The Saturdays are there if you'd like to come along.

Do I need the app?

It's the easiest way to follow along, with the day's talk, the Zoom link and reminders in one place. If you'd rather not, we'll email you the Zoom link.
